Prof Dr Nasruddin Jaafar, a professor of the Faculty of Community Dentistry, University of Malaya in Malaysia, receives the plaque of citation from Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Education, Singapore and SEAMEO Council President, and Mr George Molloy, Director for International Programmes and Projects, Council of Ministers of Education, Canada, during the 41st SEAMEO Council Conference on 22-23 March 2006 in Singapore.
