Courtesy visit of Dr Gatot Hari Priowirjanto, The New Director of SEAMEO Secretariat, to H E Admiral Narong Pipathanasai, the Minister of Education, Thailand.

H E Admiral Narong Pipathanasai welcomed and congratulated Dr Gatot Hari Priowirjanto on his appointment and confirmed the Thai Government ™s support to the SEAMEO Secretariat.

The visit was made in order to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Education,Thailand, and informedabout the 48th SEAMEO Council Conference in Chonburi, Thailand during 6-9 May 2015.

Issues discussed include cooperation on Teacher professional Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
