13-14 March 2025

The 2nd SEAMEO Policy Research and Publication Capacity Building Workshop is a critical initiative that addresses the growing needs of the SEAMEO Centres and Network to enhance their capacity in policy research. The workshop’s relevance is underscored by its alignment with the upcoming 8th SEAMEO Centre Policy Research Network (CPRN) Summit in May 2025, which will convene SEAMEO Centres and Networks to discuss regional policy research initiatives. The CPRN Summit highlights the need for increased collaboration in research and the pivotal role of SEAMEO Centres in providing timely evidence to inform policies and programmes.

The 2nd SEAMEO Policy Research and Publication Capacity Building Workshop is organised by SEAMEO Secretariat as part of the ASEAN-UK Supporting the Advancement of Girls’ Education (ASEAN-UK SAGE) Programme.

The ASEAN-UK SAGE Programme is delivered by British Council and SEAMEO Secretariat, in partnership with EdTech Hub and Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). ASEAN-UK SAGE is an ASEAN cooperation programme funded by UK International Development from the UK government.
