Bangkok, 20 December 2021 – The SEAMEO Secretariat in collaboration with SEAMEO SPAFA successfully conducted a KM Learning and Sharing session through Zoom platform from 13.00 to 15.00 hrs (GMT+7/Bangkok Time) to the staff from SEAMEO Regional Centres, namely SEAMEO STEM-ED, SEAMEO SEPS, and SEAMEO TROPMED Network.

The SEAMEO SPAFA Centre Director, Ms Somlak Charoenpot, opened the online session and laid down the context and the objectives of this event. The speakers from SEAMEO SPAFA followed: Mr Ean Lee (Consultant) and Ms Vassana Kerdsupap (Programme Secretary).

The presentations highlighted the development of KM approach, procedures, file and multimedia resources archive management by google drive at SEAMEO SPAFA. In addition, the attendees learned about the "Trello" programme, which is a free project management collaboration tool that allows everyone in the team to see the status of their work at a glance, and making further coordination easier.

The KM Learning and Sharing session is held to share the expertise and the successful KM practices of SEAMEO SPAFA to other SEAMEO Centres based in Thailand. It is hoped that the sharing knowledge will be further applied and developed KM-related initiatives among the SEAMEO Centres.
