It has become an integral part of meeting society’s recreational needs and benefits health and well-being

Where you live and what you do can affect your health

The air we breathe, the water we drink, the land on which

we live and grow food and how much exercise we get

are all vital to our health and well-being

Places such as reservoirs, natural lakes, and streams

must be managed to prevent overuse and degradation
