3.Document experiences, lessons learnt and effective practices in introducing VBWSE in Southeast Asian schools 4.Develop a toolkit on VBWSE for project officers of the Asian Development Bank; and 5.Develop a common WATSAN facilities assessment protocol among the Southeast Asian Ministries of Education
