brought together about 400 participants representing teachers/educators,
school administrators from all levels of education, and representatives
of Ministries of Education of SEAMEO Member Countries and Associate
Member Countries, as well as other countries and organizations/ institutions. |

Held concurrently with the Congress was the grand SEAMEO Exposition in education, culture, and technology. |
