Weeraya Buapradit
SEAMEO-Srinakarinwirot University Internship Programme

I. Introduction
Nowadays, education is very important because it’s the basis of achievement. Many people think they can study only in the class. It’s not truth because we can study from experience, too. Training in the company or organization is very good experience.
II. Objective
The objective of this training is to increase my skill. First, I want to improve my reading and speaking skill. I think SEAMES is the best place that gives me a chance to improve them because it’s the international organization. Second, I want to learn how to work with others. I think it’s very important for the achievement. The last one, I want to learn how to work the well-established international organization. It will be the good model for me to use in my life.

IV. Problems and Solution
I had a few difficulties in this training. The first was writing. I rather had the difficulties when I was assigned to write the letter to the Centres because I’ve taken a Business Writing Course but My companion, Ms. Jarunee, helped me with this problem and finds the old letters for me. I have a chance to study the business writing outside the class.
The second was WebPages. I’ve never written my homepage before, so it’s very difficult for me to do it. I had to study Front Page 98. At the first time, I was very confused because I had a little time, one hour, to study.Later when I worked on this Programme many times, I can use it fluently. Now I’m very happy with my work. I can create the WebPages. My mentor never forces me, but she gives me the suggestions. I think it’s very good experience for me.
