School should let the students share the education system by opening chances for students to share there opinion in education and take it as a suggestion

There are still many other factors but there are the important ones I comment.

Teachers are one of the most important factors ‘cause the teachers are one of the important role of making the efficiency of teaching so teachers should have these things to help them success. First of all teachers should have the Art of teaching defining the word ‘Art’ is teachers should get through and understand the lessons first tem plan about what to teach and compose the lessons so that the students won’t get confuse in those lessons.

Second understand the students is to understand about the ability of the students it would help the teachers in planing the teachings and of course the teachers should know about the problems of the student and also try to help them this would help bringing up the efficiency in teachings.

Third is do not let or make the students feel down. This is one of the most important ones. Defining the meaning of don’t make them feel down is not to discourage them by embrace them or hurt their feelings all these things would make the students have the wrong attitude about the teachers and also about studying.

Fourth hold your feelings, Be patient and Be reasonable. Putting all this words together is to be ‘Calm’ being calm doesn’t mean to have a cold heart but to understand them and try to help them.

Teachers must respect the student academic freedom and human rights.

Our ideal about curriculum should stress to the ability in parts of the students not just the grades. The directors of the school should plan to stress the ability of the students by having more. Practice not just to learn the theory but also have the real experience this would help the students learn to apply what they have learn in to the real life such as let the students show their opinion about what they have learn or explain the lessons. This would help the students be more active and would help them to think and the teachers could also know their movements in learning. But this kind of teaching my have effect to some group of students that are loiter, nervous or shy teachers could help them students by make them feel that studying is fun and important and showing out is a man. It would give them a lot courage but these things are up to you the teachers that how clam you are, how reasonable you are and how much strategy do you have. I would discuss that later.

I’m going to sum up my ideal about

The facility is one of the factors in education. It give more efficiency in teaching school should have some facilities such as medium technology language lab, science-lab computer lybitory and also enough funds and also bring up the organization is supporting students who has good grades but do not have enough factors. This would develop some parts of the students.
