What ideal teacher can do?
#Able to motivate student to excel in learning and gaining knowledge.
#Able to be a friend and understand student’s needs.
#Able to assist and counsel student to cope with problems.
#Knowledgeable in Information Technology(IT) and sustaining good social religious and culture values.

How create an ideal teacher?
Teacher training colleges or centers
Conducting a three-stage pre-service semester break course, leading to a basic certificate in education.

The Teacher Education
The teacher education curriculum has three basic component: the core component, the school component, and self- enrichment component. All teacher trainees are also required to undergo one- semester of school attachment for teaching practice.

Co- Curricular Activities
Co- curricular activities in teacher training colleges are to emphasize the following skills: skill in management and organization, skill in coaching and training, and skill on officiating and leadership. These activities are categorized into three units: sports or games, club and societies and uniform bodies.

Teacher Education Curriculum
Offers by universities is generally similar in scope to the teacher training college curriculum. A ten-week school attachment for teaching practice is required for both Diploma in Education and Integrated Basic Degree.

Scholarships
Shall be awarded to poor but promising students in the both primary and secondary schools as well as students in higher educational institutions

Textbook Loan Scheme
To help lessen the financial burden of parents in the lower income group and prevent disadvantaged students from being denied quality education.

Nutrition and Health Programme
To improve the standard of health of pupils through proper education in nutrition and good health practice.

Educational Technology Services
Teacher resource centers are supposed to be established to facilitate the teaching and learning process.

School Boarding Facilities
The students are provided with boarding facilities and they pay a nominal fee for food and boarding.
