Fellowship was presented in 1993, and has since been awarded annually.
Published research may be found in the
SEAMEO-Jasper Fellowship Monograph, which is available upon
request from the SEAMEO Secretariat.
The
year may be
selected to view that year's poster [up to 2004] or announcement
