10th Anniversary Plaque

H E Dr Nibondh Sasidhorn, Minister of Education, Thailand greeted by Dr Vitaliano Bernardino, Director of SEAMEO Secretariat as His Excellency arrived for the unveiling of the SEAMEO plaque marking the 10th anniversary of the Organization, on 30 November 1975, at the lobby of the Darakarn building on Sukhumvit Road.
