Yes, the Add-on Guest option can be added to any membership (limit 2). The Add-on Guest is unnamed, so Add-on Guests are not members but receive free admission when visiting with a named member (adult or child) whose membership features this option. An Add-on Guest can be a different person each visit, adult or a child.
