Single-Day Camps
If you can’t attend your single-day camp, contact COSI at least 24 hours before your program. COSI will attempt to reschedule you into an open session. Refunds are not available. COSI can only reschedule a missed workshop once.
Five-Day Camps
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 10 days before the first day of any weeklong camp; a $40 cancellation fee applies. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made later than 10 days before the first day of a weeklong camp. COSI may cancel sessions if participant minimums are not met. Registered participants will be informed two weeks in advance and will receive a full refund.
Currently only available for Medical Discovery and You.Edit camps, financial aid may be available for qualified families. Contact COSI at 614.228.2674 or print and complete the Financial Aid form.
