Girls Discover... Engineering!

Middle-school girls meet professional and student scientists, participate in hands-on workshops, and have a great time learning and meeting new friends.

Participants will:

• Participate in hands-on activities and informative sessions led by women in exciting careers in science or technology
• Explore careers through hands-on workshops
• Talk with undergraduate young women mentors and find out how and why they made their career choices

Admission includes two workshops, lunch, a souvenir t-shirt, and COSI admission.

Program Details

• Check-in begins at 8:30am. Programs begin at 9:00am and end at 3:15pm.
• An expanded number of scholarships are available.
• Advance reservations are required and space is limited.
