For participants who wish to request an “invitation letter” from the organizer, please download the form for invitation letter and complete it by typing

• Your name
• Position
• Organization
• Nationality and
• Passport number at the blank areas in the letter

Please send the completed letter to lcssw@mahidol.ac.th and tepds@mahidol.ac.th or fax to number 662-8002332.  

The Conference Secretariat will send the invitation letter to you within
5 days after receiving your full details as requested.
