“Materials relating to language development, language revitalization and multilingual education programs around the world”
The Conference Organising Committee invites registered conference participants to exhibit materials such as photographs, literacy and education materials and handicrafts relating to their programmes in the conference exhibition area. (If your exhibit includes handouts or brochures, please note that we are expecting approximately 300 conference participants.)

| Equipment provided: |
The Conference Organising Committee will provide a table (size 80 cm x 120 cm) and raw exhibit space (1.5 m x 2 m) to all exhibitors. A portable display stand or display roller stand is recommended. |
| Setting up: |
Set up exhibits beginning at 7.00 hours on 1 July 2008. Exhibits are to be dismantled immediately after the lunch session on July 3. |

- The conference and/or the Twin Towers Hotel are not responsible for missing items.
- For participants who don't want to have a display but would like to disseminate information of their organizations, the organizer will provide a table for displaying brochures, pamphlets and flyers.
